What Oil is Best for my Skin Type?

Ayurvedic Skin Care Recommendations:

Dry or Rough Skin (vata)- Sesame oil, olive oil, almond oil

Best Essential Oils- orange, geranium, bergamot

Irritated /Inflamed Skin (pitta)- coconut oil, sunflower oil

Best Essential Oils- lavender, lemon, rose, chamomile

Oily Skin (kapha)- corn oil

Best Essential Oils- rosemary, eucalyptus, clary sage

oil

Depending on your skin type, various oils may be a good addition to your skin care regimen.
